Best place to live. Living here since 2006. The location is just minutes away (even walking distance) from everything in Dadeland. Target is just across the street, along with Best Buy, Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, etc, too many to list. Whole Foods, Publix, and Trader’s Joe are just 5 minutes away.
Another great perk to this location is that the Train is just a minute walk once you exit the building.
I’ve rented many places and Management here is the Best i’ve experienced, including the Maintenance Department.
